Understanding Refunds Policy.
OSHCglobal - If you/your student/customer has applied for OSHC, OVHC or other insurance and the relevant premium has been paid to OSHCglobal (us), we will refund the premium to the student/customer only if his/her visa is not granted.
u/sub-agent acknowledges that you are not entitled to any commission in relation to Premium refunded to a client.
The provider will issue all refunds approved to the agent/subagent (less any Commission already paid to the agent/sub-agent in relation to those refunded policies and international transaction fee), for forwarding on to the client. The agent/subagent must promptly forward any such refunds to the relevant client, along with a refund of any commission already paid to agent/subagent, to ensure the client receives a full refund of premium paid by the client.
Under other situations, Cancellation and Refund is decided according to the policy of each provider.
Time for releasing a refund is around 3 or 4 weeks after all related documents to refund are provided
