How do I renew my Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) before it expires?

OSHCglobal - The expiry date of your current OSHC policy is printed on the front of your OSHC card. It is a condition of your student visa that you maintain your cover for the duration of your visa. Make sure that you are aware of your expiry date and renew your cover before it expires.

You are responsible for making sure your OSHC is always valid. You can renew your membership directly with your OSHC provider.

If you allow your policy to lapse whilst on a student visa, and you wish to renew your OSHC during the duration of your student visa, you must pay the premiums for the lapsed period. Also, be aware that you will not be able to receive benefits for claims paid during the lapsed period of your OSHC.
