COVID-19 vaccines are free for everyone in Australia regardless of Medicare or visa status. The vaccine is voluntary, and everyone is encouraged to get a vaccine to help protect the community from COVID-19.

Medicare is the scheme that gives Australian residents access to healthcare. It gives all Australians and some people from overseas a wide range of health and hospital services at no cost or low cost.
The helpline offers you the option of having a phone or video call with a GP, depending on your circumstances. Eligible patients are referred to a video call by a registered nurse.
